Please carefully read these Terms & Conditions as they incorporate the basis on which bookings for Celestial Lindos suites hereafter referred to as “the HOTEL” are accepted. The below Terms & Conditions apply to bookings made directly via the property’s website or through its alternative direct reservation channels (booking.com, expedia.com).

By using this Site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

“the HOTEL” reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions, services, prices, and programs mentioned in this Site at any time, at its sole discretion, without notice. The revised terms will take effect when they are posted.

A valid Credit Card is required at booking time. The credit card used at the time of booking must be presented by the guest together with positive identification on check-in at “the HOTEL”. Please refer to the payment policy stated during the reservation procedure to be informed for your reservation’s specific payment policy.

Each rate booked at “the HOTEL”, is subject to a Cancellation Policy. Failure to check in on the reserved arrival date will incur a penalty charge as detailed in the Cancellation Policy of the specific rate booked. The property reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations under the circumstances where it appears that a customer has provided an invalid credit card, engaged in fraudulent/ inappropriate activity, or the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake/ error. In addition, the property also reserves the right to cancel or amend bookings if they do not adhere to its Terms & Conditions. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy stated during the reservation procedure to be informed for your reservation’s specific cancellation policy.

“the HOTEL” reserves the right to cancel contracts based upon incorrect information being displayed in relation to price/ service at any point in time as well as to cancel reservations received from non-contracted OTAs, either directly or indirectly (through a wholesaler).

Payments will be made only in hotel’s local currency (€ euros). Other currencies used during the booking procedure are shown only for informative reasons.

In the rare, unexpected event whereby the property cannot provide accommodation as previously confirmed, the property will comply with its standard of obligation by undertake to relocate guests into an alternative property of equal grading at no expense to the guest. Should there not be a property of equal grading in the vicinity of the original booking, it may be required to provide guests with a property of a lesser grading. If this is the case, any reduction in costs will be refunded to the guest. The alternatives offered are at the property’s discretion. Should the guest wish to choose a property of a standard other than offered under this condition, then the guest will be required to pay any difference.

The information and material contained in this website and the booking engine are believed to be accurate and complete at the time of their posting and are subject to change without notice. In addition, “the HOTEL” and its affiliates do not warrant the accuracy/ completeness of software algorithms and expressly disclaim liability for errors/ omissions in any of them. No warranty of any kind including but not limited to warranties as to non-infringement of intellectual property rights or third-party rights is given in conjunction with the information, materials and software algorithms.

All materials contained in the Site are the copyrighted property of “the HOTEL”. No material from the Site or any Internet site, operated, licensed, or controlled by us may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way. For purposes of these terms, the use of any such material on any other Web, Internet, intranet, extranet or other site/ computer environment is prohibited.

Although Celestial Lindos suites may from time to time monitor or review discussions, postings and bulletin boards, is under no obligation to do so and assumes no responsibility arising from the content of any such locations nor for any error, defamation, slander, omission, falsehood, profanity or inaccuracy contained in any information within such locations on the Website.

You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense. In such a case Celestial Lindos suites will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting “THE HOTEL” to disclose the identity of anyone posting any such information/ materials.

Celestial Lindos suites, fully complies with the guidelines of health authorities and has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19. No claims or requests for discounts can be accepted due to these adjustments, which are in place for the safety of all guests and staff. However, “the HOTEL” cannot guarantee that guests will not be exposed to the virus. Guests are requested to take self-protective measures and adhere to the covid-19 relevant house-rules to minimize any exposure to the virus. By visiting “the HOTEL”, guests acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and the risk of exposure or infection by COVID-19. “The HOTEL” does not accept any liability and guests agree to withhold “the HOTEL” from any claims of any kind arising out of or relating thereto.

In no event will the hotel be liable for any damages, including without limitation, direct or indirect, incidental, moral or consequential damages, loss of profits, opportunities or information or for expenses arising in connection with this website, software algorithms, hyperlinks or for the use of or the inability to use such material, software algorithms or hyperlinked website by interruption, delay in operation or line or system failure. Software algorithms made available and hyperlinks to other Internet resources are at your own risk. The content, accuracy, opinions expressed, and other links provided by these software algorithms and resources are not investigated, verified, monitored, or endorsed by "the HOTEL".

“The HOTEL” strongly recommends you purchase Comprehensive Travel Insurance. We suggest that the coverage includes loss of payment through cancellation and medical expenses.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The services described in and available through the site may not be available in your country.
